Thank you for your interest in attending
Powertrain Expo 2024 on the AAPEX show floor!

The registration process may seem a little daunting but we are here to walk you through it! We’ve created this step by step guide to help you but we are always happy to hear from you too. Feel free to call us if you need further assistance!

1. Go to AAPEXShow.com

Go to the “Attend” tab and click on “Registration”

2. Click on “Register Now!”

3. Click “Register” under “New Registration”

4. Check out the registration categories. Shop owners and technicians are Buyers. Then scroll down.

5. Check out the qualification policies and gather the documents you need. Then scroll down.

6. Select AAPEX. Then click the green “Continue to New Registration” button.

7. Fill out all your information in this section, as seen in the example.

8. Create your login info, including a username and password.

9. Select options in this section applicable to your business.

10. Read through the Show Policies.

11. Be aware that your photo may be taken while at AAPEX/SEMA. Answer the question as to your residency.

**12. Read the cancellation policy. Then answer the 3 prompts. You must check the last box to proceed with your registration. Then click “Continue”.**

13. Answer all questions. Make choices applicable to your position and business.

14. Answer all questions. Make choices applicable to your position and business. Then click “Continue”.

15. Answer all questions. Make choices applicable to your position and business.

16. Click upload and send the documents you gathered previously. Specific directions seen above.

17. In this section you can find Powertrain EXPO classes by searching with the keyword “ATRA”. Select the classes you want.

18. If you would like to attend all classes select the first class seen here, “ATRA Powertrain EXPO at AAPEX.

Please be aware of pricing changes. Early registration is $400 through June 28, 2024. Regular registration is $500 starting June 29, 2024. Late registration is $600 starting September 28, 2024

19. You can add your spouse if you like. If you click “Add Spouse” it will take you through a questionnaire form. Then click “Finish”.

20. Go through the pre-payment information. Verify the classes that you’ve picked. Then add your payment info. Click “Process Payment”.
